Our guests comfort and personal safety are paramount!

In the interest of your safety 'Madeira Explorers' reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel walks without prior notice due to adverse weather conditions, landslides etc. The officially qualified mountain guides decision to alter or change the walks is final.

Madeira Explorers has graded the walks according to the grading system from the department of Tourism. Please insure that you are properly equipped and in a reasonable state of health. Do not attempt to do more than you are capable of doing!

Madeira Explorers is a fully licensed and comprehensively insured company that supports the principles of the UNESCO and contributes to the protection of the Laurissilva forest, a proclaimed World Heritage site.
